Delivery & Returns

Delivery is fast and free on all UK orders!

 

Dispatch Time

Order by 3pm, Monday to Friday, for same day dispatch.

Occasionally an item will be out of stock and there will be a short delay while we wait on our supplier. We will notify you as soon as we are aware of a delay. Where possible, we will highlight on our website items that we are not able to deliver immediately.

 

Delivery

Delivery is with a next working day service for most of the UK. We use DPD or Royal Mail First Class.

We have chosen our courier for their excellent reliability record, but please allow an extra day or two in case of problems.

Scottish Highland and Offshore deliveries usually take 2-3 days. More isolated locations may experience delays of up to two weeks.

Returns

We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you are not and wish to return and exchange for a different size or colour, or a refund, you must:

  • Notify us of your wish to return an item within 14 days or your receipt.
  • And return to us within 28 days of your receipt.

Please request returns instruction by emailing sales@diclass.co.uk and be sure to include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number or invoice address postcode

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of your return being received by DiClass.  

Your purchase must be returned to us in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging.

You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us and you will be responsible for the cost of return unless goods are faulty.

We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as you are responsible for the returned goods until they arrive at DiClass.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

On the very rare occasion that you have received an item which you believe to be faulty, or where we have made a mistake, please contact us within 14 days of your receipt.  

Please email sales@diclass.co.uk and be sure to include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number or invoice address postcode
  • A brief description of the fault or error

We will be in touch as soon as possible.
