Dispatch Time
Order by 3pm, Monday to Friday, for same day dispatch.
We can usually dispatch up to 4.30pm, please call us if you would like to be sure.
We aim to hold all of our products in stock. Those on backorder will be marked with an expected delivery period. Occasionally there will be an unexpected delay while we wait on our supplier, we will notify you as soon as possible of any changes.
Delivery
Delivery is with a next working day service for most of the UK. We use DPD or Royal Mail 1st Class.
Orders under £40.00 - £3.50 - Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked
Orders over £40.00 – Free delivery
Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked - for orders under £80 and most orders delivering to Scottish Highlands, NI & Offshore.
DPD Next Working Day - for all other orders.
DPD Saturday Delivery - £6.00
Offshore, NI and Scottish Highlands – no additional charge - Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked. High value orders may be sent with DPD on a two day service. Isolated locations may experience delivery delays. Saturday delivery not available.

Returns
Extended returns for Christmas: Orders purchased from Friday 22nd November onward must be returned by 31st January 2025.
We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you are not and wish to return and exchange for a different size or colour, or a refund, you must:
- Notify us of your wish to return an item within 14 days of your receipt.
- And return to us within 28 days of your receipt.
Please notify us by emailing sales@diclass.co.uk and be sure to include:
- Your full name
- Order number or invoice address postcode
- Your reason for return (this helps us to improve our advice in the future).
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of your return being received by DiClass.
Your purchase must be returned to us in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging.
You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us and you will be responsible for the cost of return unless goods are faulty.
We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as you are responsible for the returned goods until they arrive at DiClass.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
On the very rare occasion that you have received an item which you believe to be faulty, or where we have made a mistake, please contact us within 14 days of your receipt.
Please email sales@diclass.co.uk and be sure to include:
- Your full name
- Order number (or invoice address postcode)
- A brief description of the fault or error
- A photo of any faults or damage
We will be in touch as soon as possible.
