The Veredus Safety Bell Light Save the Sheep overreach boots are lightweight and flexible yet protect the horse against impact and over-reaching. This Save the Sheep version is trimmed with Veredus’ soft techno sheepskin, ideal for sensitive horses.
The Safety Bell is made from heavy duty, shock absorbing, triple layer closed cell foam which prevents moisture absorption. The soft Lycra trim at the top prevents the Safety Bell from rubbing around the horse’s pasterns.
These boots have a large double Velcro fastening across the front.
Easy to clean.
Supplied in a smart Veredus box.
Veredus Save the Sheep: the new techno sheepskin is a man-made fabric which is free from animal derivatives and offers numerous advantages. It can be washed easily, dries quickly and stays looking good for longer, while real sheepskin tends to become stiff and turn yellow. Trapped sand comes out easily from the soft wide knit, minimising the risk of abrasions to the leg. And it is a more comfortable fit than natural lambskin.
*Our note on Veredus Safety Bell Light Save the Sheep: The Safety Bell ‘Light’ is the new release on the old Safety Bell which was more cumbersome. We very much love how soft and lightweight these boots are.
Veredus designed the Safety Bell to be able to rip should your horse catch a stud or shoe. This means that, as well as being superior in look and feel, they are safer than a traditional rubber bell boot.
It is worth checking the size - or get in touch with us if you are unsure - as they can run on the small side.
